We are expecting "great grace" from God into our own life, into our family, into our church and even into our world. The greatest grace, Jesus Christ our King, has come down already here to us and now His Spirit is still with us in this world to the end of the world.
Now, we read "great fear" seized the whole church and all who heard of the story of Ananias and Sapphira (Acts 5). Luke wrote, "And great fear seized the whole church and all who heard of these things" (Acts 5:11). Great fear (φόβος μέγας)! Our Lord Jesus Christ, our King, is alive and the Holy Spirit works within us in this world. For this reason, we can hope for our future. He is alive and He leads us! This can be the reason of our hope with great awe and respect on Jesus our LORD! Avoid any kinds of "great fear" of the world but cherish Jesus our LORD in our heart with awe and respect. He is with us. We are with Him. That's why we celebrate our victory in any circumstances. You win because you are with Him!
