Teach me prudence, O LORD!

"O simple ones, learn prudence; acquire intelligence, you who lack it." (Proverbs 8:5)

 

Yes, LORD, I lack prudence, wisdom, and intelligence. Oh LORD, have mercy on me, a sinner in full of foolishness! I am too simple to learn prudence, so only You can open my heart to understand Your Will with prudence. Oh Father, help me to be prudent in all matters! In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
